Who Is Matt LaFleur and How Has He Shaped the Green Bay Packers?
Matt LaFleur is an American football coach who has served as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers since January 2019. Before taking the job in Green Bay, he worked as an offensive coordinator with the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans and held quarterback-coaching roles with several NFL teams. LaFleur quickly established a strong regular-season record in Green Bay. Through his first seven seasons, he guided the Packers to a 76–40–1 regular-season mark and six playoff appearances.
