Why is Swimming a Healthy Sport?
Of
all sports,
swimming is the one which brings into play all the muscles in
the human
body. Apart from this, moving in the water helps us to get a perfect balance
between the
left and right sides of the body, improving our
co-ordination, that is, the
way the
different parts of our body work together. It is
for this reason that swimming is good for people who need to get back the use
of a
part of the body weakened for any reason.
