When were Aerosol Sprays First Used?

Lyle D. Goodhue, an American, invented the aerosol spray can. The aerosol container also contains a propellant, which is a gas under pressure. The gas, mixed with the contents, sprays out when the button on the can is pressed. The aerosols now contain gases that do not damage the atmosphere.
